Our staff are trained and equipped with correct Personal Protective Equipment to safely enter a contaminated property and complete an assessment. Following the assessment, a decontamination and repair scope of works will be created.

We will engage a specialist decontamination contractor to carry out the decontamination of your property. This decontamination will involve removing soft furnishings from affected rooms and cleaning permanent materials thoroughly. Accredited testers will then provide clearance.
Once we have determined what repairs are required, a repair scope of works will be completed. This scope is sent for tender, and a preferred main contractor is chosen who best fits your repair needs and timeframes.
We manage the process and repair schedule, including compliance for your repairs and health and safety documentation. Before repairs start, we will make sure this schedule is suitable and a contract is drawn up. We want you to understand the repair process and be happy with the proposed plan.
Construction is the exciting phase where your property is physically repaired back to its former glory. We will organise the replacement of any items disposed of during decontamination and carry out cosmetic repairs on materials affected by the cleaning and decontamination processes. We will arrange for the main contractor, who was awarded the tender, to work with you through the process of repairing or rebuilding your home or business. Our staff will maintain excellent communication with you and actively manage the main contractor to complete quality repairs and meet compliance promptly and efficiently.
