Morgan Project Services (MPS) is a team of project management and building professionals that work alongside Vero and AAI managing all aspects of property reinstatement.

How we engage with your clients

  • Clients are triaged by phone or email, depending on what works best for them. 
  • We'll coordinate property assessments and makesafe works (if needed) directly with the client or their authorised representative. 
  • Brokers are welcome to join any site visits, we'll keep you updated at key milestones throughout the process. 
  • After assessing the claim, we'll draft as cope of works and share it with the client for approval. This is a flexible, living document that can be adjusted as the claim progresses. 
  • We'll collaborate closely with the client on their preferred claim pathway, whether it's cash settlement or a managed repair. 
  • At the end of managed repairs, we'll hold a Practical Completion meeting with the client to review quality of work and secure their signoff. 
  • Our team are trained to identify and support clients experiencing vulnerability.

Would your client benefit from access to expert medical and wellbeing advice, no matter how remote?

  • Available to Vero brands only and clients must have an Agri, Farm, or Lifestyle block policy.
  • Services available relate to physical and mental health, as well as wellbeing (fitness and nutrition specific).
  • Offers access for the policyholder and their eligible family members, including partner/spouse, children, and parents (in-laws). 
  • All services available with no cost involved and the individual can reach out to utilise any of the services at any time.
