Morgan Project Services (MPS) is a team of project management and building professionals that work alongside the insurance company managing all aspects of property reinstatement.

How we engage with your insured

  • All insureds are triaged either by phone or email to suit.
  • Property assessment and makesafe works (if applicable) will be arranged with the insured or authorised parties.
  • Brokers are welcome to join any site visits and will be updated at major milestones. 
  • Once MPS has assessed the claim, a scope of works will be drafted and sent to the insured for approval. This is a live document and can be amended throughout the claim process.
  • MPS will work with the insured on their preferred claim pathway, cash settlement or managed repair.
  • Once managed repair works have concluded, MPS will complete a Practical Completion meeting with the insured to ensure quality of works and insured signoff.
  • All MPS staff are trained in managing customers with vulnerability.
